This is man?

Inspired from "The Little Mermaid" only with my own little plot.  Veggies a merman and one day he catches a glimps of Kakarot on the surface. He is suddenly mystified by man and their ways and finds himself falling in love with Kakarot. ~o^ Vegeta then carves the face of the human he loves in the rock so he can come and see his beloved even when hes not on the water.
