Inuyasha collage

Posted May 17, 2005, 8:53:12 PM UTC
I revised this collage as well. I made Miroku's kimono stretch a little farther down from what I had it before. I've added small touches here and there to try to get the top from ending so abruptly from the bottom half. I don't know if this did any good, but, at least I gave it my best shot. I appreciate all of the help all of you have given me. I take it very seriously and try to improve my pieces.

Thank you so very much hun. I was so happy that Susie used this as the icon. I have never felt more proud in my life! ^_^ I did have a few problems getting this one to flow together. I put my emblem in such a bad spot. >_< Ah well... live and learn I say. I do like how the characters came out though. It was my first time doing a collage and overall, I am pleased with it. Thank you so much for the wonderful compliments hun. much love. ^_^

I'm going to revise this one pretty soon. I've been listening alot to the reviews I've been getting and I am going to figure something out to make the collage flow throughout the whole picture. I'm so glad I have a Photo Shop Editor on my computer. lol

The colors and the layout really look great though; it's an engaging picture ^_^

Thank you. I really suck at doing backgrounds. But I thought this should have something. I used watercolor for the background on this one because, the way it looks when it dries is so pretty. This was my very first time drawing Naraku. He came out oh so nice. Sesshomaru down in the corner needs some work. His eyes are a little off. But oh well. Why mess with a good thing?

I agree. Don't look back, just move on, right? I think it's lovely Smile

That's absolutely right! I'm glad you like it so. I couldn't keep breathing if I didn't draw one of all the Inuyasha hotties on one happy page. *drools*

And what a happy page it is! ^_^

Too bad they don't get along very well.I constantly have to yell at the page telling them to play nice before they screw up my back ground! Damn demons. lol

You can dress 'em up, but you just can't take them out! lol

Tell me about it. But that's true with any member of the male species. Now that I think about it, I'd rather enjoy dressing these guys up. That would be fun . *winks*

Hon', if you look at my quote, it says, "A dirty mind is a terrible thing to waste." I have a bad influence. I'm so perverse. * smiles wickedly*

I'm pleased to hear that you like them. I just had to draw that one of Sesshomaru. *smiles* It had been plagueing my thoughts for so long. I could not, in good conscience, call myself a Sesshomaru fan if I didn't portray him in a way that best suits me. lol! Thanks for all of your awesome comments. My ego has just inflated a bit. *winks*

Awesome job! Sess looks great except for one very small thing. I read what you wrote about it in your description, and so I tried to figure out what it was that was wrong. It took me awhile though. If you just take your finger and cover up the eye behind his nose and just imagine what the eye would look like, I get the sense that the eye is maybe a little out of place with the perspective of the other eye and his profile. Its really not a huge thing, and people that don't watch the show would probably never see it, and I probably wouldn't have either if you hadn't said anything. Great job though, I love how you drew them all and great coloring!

Thanks for reviewing it. I think it's because he's showing alot of emotion in the original pic and I tried to capture it, but it turned out looking like he was ticked off or something. Which, usually he is! I'm glad you like it though.

I just went and looked at it, and I think you're right about the eye. I'm going to go on to my photo shop and try to fix it later.

Ooooo, all the hoties in one place...! Especially Koga and Inuyasha; yummy! (Sesshomaru looks great too!)
    • May 18, 2005, 9:11:19 AM UTC
Yeah, I tried to get them all down for the Inuyasha fans. I especially love Sesshomaru and Naraku. I tend to like the bad boys. This was the first time I ever have drawn Miroku or Naraku. I'm pretty pleased with how they turned out. I made Miroku a little smaller than the rest, but, oh well. He is the HARDEST one to draw! I'm going to try to fix it later so the whole thing flows together instead of the top half cutting off from the bottom.

I'm not familiar with the show but I really like the way you've drawn the character in the lower right.
    • May 17, 2005, 3:29:42 PM UTC
That's Sesshomaru. He is the older brother of Inuyasha. I'm surprised that you liked that one because I thought I had him looking weird!LOL! I guess I didn't do as bad as I thought. Thanks for restoring my faith in myself. *Smile*

No prob. By the way, it looks like you uploaded an icon that isn't working. Maybe it's too big? Sometimes if you upload an image that is larger than 75 by 75, it will show a broken image symbol.
