I... have the passion, but I haven't had the health / energy. Since setting PD up for the ARPGs, BR has needed extra help to run the site. I started off a moderator, but then with the ARPG we needed another person with administrator powers. I don't have authority / training to do code level stuff, but I can slay spammers and do a lot of the admin for running the ARPGs and other stuff I couldn't do before as a moderator. A lot I can do on my own, but I've instigated a lot of filter changes recently with all the new members joining, and posting non-ARPG art that needs special treatment. It's good to have the power to be able to help her like this- specially now with the baby bump <3

I'm glad you're taking care of yourself now- 80% drop in work is a lot. I can't imagine what your load was like before that for 80% drop to get you to a doable load O.O Actually... I sort of can cause I loaded myself up to maximum capacity with work and social groups. It's taken a good 10 years to recover from my 20s, but like... I am TuT I'm really committed to getting stronger again.

If you post art or not, we're happy to have you around regardless. PD has a Discord- perhaps that will help keep the energy flow going?

I am so happy for you. I just hope you can get those energy levels up! Mental health is soooo important. ❤️ I did the overload thing for years too - actually I only stopped recently and am starting to finally recover now.
Not 80% drop in workload, I went from full time to 80% time, so I work 4 days instead of 5. 😆 I work a lot, but not enough that I would have enough to do if I dropped 80%! 🤣

OOOoooooo- oh that makes so much more sense!!! 4 days a week I think is what we should work. 5 days a week is too much for most. That's really good you can afford to do that Smile

Not gonna lie - it took some major budget changes. It has been worth it over all, though
