I think you mind be thinking of Rebecca 
she was in RE zero with billy. Jill was in the first Resident evil and the third. I'm a Leon/Jill fan (even though they've never even met lol XD ) and yeah I always thought she looked cooler with her barret. But thanks for the comment ^_^ can't wait for RE5!
