The facial shape, eyes, and hair are drawn with much talent. But as for the neck, I don't really favor its unusual length. Maybe you should try and shorten the neck and draw in a glimpse of her shoulders to make it seem more natural to the eye. I'll give you an example of what I'm trying to say.
