I think you're right especially about the long tummy... I think I went overboard trying to make him look all tall, proud and royal.
Manase is somewhat like an albino Inca from the outside and Saami from the inside
I created him later than his decentants so a had fun trying to determine what facial features and other things came from him.
He was the only option where the genes for big size could have come from (I had already finished the designs of all the other options). So I made him buff. Mwahahahaha!
