I'm not sure how much you know about the relaunch, but Kyle is generally DC's test monkey for weird new Lantern powers nowdays >.> He wrote the book on the Ion ability... twice. Now he's multitasking the rainbow. It amuses me XD In my story I'm writing, Guy calls it "Going Rainbow Brite on the universe" XD
