I found something to give a glow to a pic with a brush but it not that good and finding anything for what I have is like looking for a Thylacine.

I don't understand your reference, sorry Sad Glowing effects are tricky. There's some cheats you can do with Gaussian blur and dodge layer blending modes, but if you're offering, I should be fine. I need to figure it out on my own for now Smile I don' have enough questions yet to start researching effectively. Thank you for your time though Smile

Thylacine is the scientific name of the Tasmanian Tiger that once roamed Tasmania Australia. There are still speculation and sightings of it existing on the main coast line.

I know of one artist that uses the Glow Brush all the time and she uses Manga Studio.

Oh- are you Australian? I never know what country people are from. Incidentally, the import fees for NZ only happen if it's over a certain value, which a tablet of hte larger kind certainly would be, or if there's charges, like when I imported some copics. I got hit with $200 of GST and importing fees cause of the $15 charge for it having acetone. NZ will tighten it's laws for parallel importing at some point. That'll be a sad day when it happens, cause all our goods go through Australia T.T
