Paperdemon also has a romance challenge on if you'd like to work on a new one this month Big Smile And there's nothing wrong with slightly older art ^^ Stay artproud. I know many artists that mock their old art. I'm a firm believer in cherishing it, even if you look at it like a different artist. It's where you've been, and you've progressed and you should always be proud of that ^^ Though I imagine that by slightly older, you mean less than 1 year rather than more XD

[Art] Show you who's boss

It's right about a year old, I think I've improved a bit since then XD But you're right, it's important to be proud of where you've been! I like to keep a binder of old drawings I used to be really proud of so I can go back and look at how much my work has changed. Sometimes I still find things in my old art that I liked the method of better, so I try to incorporate that into new stuff as I learn.
I'll have to see if I have time to squeeze in another romance drawing before the end of the month!

Exactly Big Smile I do that with all my art- I've had art since... before I was 8. I don't know how old. I use to draw story book cover ideas and concepts in my old school books XD I was a huge bookworm in school Smile Now days, I have abotu 12 x 100 leaf clear files of art- sketch, final or otherwise. I rarely bin stuff. It's great to keep old art for those reasons Big Smile

I look forward to your new romancy picture ^^
