Hey dude, I see you requested a critique!
My first reaction is that your lines are clean, and the colors are solid. You’re foreshortening can use a bit of work though, don’t forget that limbs are cylinders, the arm holding a sword looks a bit flattened. And it’s tough to read what his shield arm is doing. I’d recommend moving it so that you can see all of it, it will be much easier for the viewer to see.
Anyway, good job!
