Bleu acts as one of the leaders of Sanctuary, one of Neo's most prized Stryx. Bleu doesn't mess around when it comes to asserting her dominance and enforcing rules, always liking to keep her home in order. She thinks of the Stryx of sanctuary as her packmates, performing activities and spending a lot of her time with them. She is and exceptional hunter, usually going after the biggest prize, and taking it down with her packmates.

Bleu was found during the Great Harvest event one year by Neo, having been chased all around by various Stryx, all trying to catch and tame her. Eventually, in an attempt to hide from Jade 5519, a Stryx who frequently chased her around for fun, Bleu took shelter on Sanctuary's territory. A few days later, Neo found her while hunting with Jade, who had sniffed her out, hiding in a large bush. Bleu had just recently been injured by a hunter who wanted her for her feathers, and welcomed the care given by Neo.

She quickly made friends with most of the Stryx at Sanctuary, and asserting her dominance over the ones who opposed her. She's sort of big for a Raptor, and looks even bigger when performing her threat display, where she puffs up, fans out her tail over her head, spreads her wings, and snarls and hisses at her opponent. It can also be used to scare prey into traps. She can be kind when she wants to, but is quite hostile to her enemies. Never underestimate the sharpness of her teeth and talons. When you make a friend out of her, however, she will protect you with her life, and treat you as one of her pack.
