Fable is an easygoing stryx who is hard to ruffle. She's a large example of her species, built sturdy and long in the legs. Her friendly and outgoing nature have ingratiated her to her partner, Sorrow 4086. Despite dwarfing the tiny royal, Fable is not the half of the duo to watch out for. Fable serves to gentle her mate's quick anger, and teaches their son Ekun to marvel at the wonders of the world.

Her arrival at the Preserve was the result of a catastrophic accident during a show event that left her on the verge of death. She was stolen away from the chaos after the accident, nursed carefully back to health, and hidden away from those that would put her to use as breeding stock. She cannot be kept inside buildings, and becomes too nervous to handle if approached while near a building of any size approaching her own. Instead, she free ranges with her mate and the other stryx of the Preserve.
