Scarecrow's are typically an inanimate object that hangs around the farm, scaring away pest critters.  For some reason, this scarecrow has sprouted a mind of it's own and loves to dance!

- Stats (Cha):  Increases Charisma by +2

- Mutation Potion [common]:  Forces one random common mutation during breeding. Does not stack with Mutation Potion [common].

- SP (+4 Gardening):  Provides an additional +4SP bonus when drawn with the dragon owner while Gardening.

Obtainable via the Hallow's Eve events.
