Michi sighed as they splashed their face with water and scrubbed. They tried to avoid looking into the mirror right in front of them; they hated looking into that thing.
When they looked up they caught a glimpse of themselves and flinched back. They hated their appearance because it reminded them of their mother. They stared long at the mirror raising their hand to touch their face feeling their hair to make sure it was still them.
Michi felt guilty about their appearance especially when their sisters looked up dearly to them. They did not like looking like the one who had ignored and abandoned her family; they hated looking like their mother.
"Mimi!" Michi finally tore themself away from that cursed mirror when hearing the call of their youngest sister. "I'm coming Eni just give me a minute" Michi took one last look at the mirror, "I'm not you and I'll never be you".
They finally left the mirror.
