Boss attacks: bug 4

Usually, the elemental orbs helped keep the local fauna in check, so an invasion of beetles like this didn't happen. However, the orbs were damaged and leaked their energy reserves. The priests had worked hard to repair the spheres, but they needed filled with elemental magic. William placed each of his elemental weapons in front of their corresponding orbs. With each weapon in place, the folf took his place in front of the air orb. After a quick nip from a gold flask covering arcane runes, William raised his hands high and began to whistle what sounded like disjointed notes from the Winter Song. Raw magical energy flowed from the sky and struck William before it branched off away from him. One branch ran straight through the folf to the air orb while the others sought the elemental weapons. As the branches struck the weapons, their color changed before they flowed into their orb. William held the spell for as long as he could but eventually collapsed on the floor. This little magic was nowhere near enough energy to charge the orbs fully, but it was enough to get each of them started.
