Blue Moon Wolf mask

This was a happy accident. I usually make this mask in black or gray or white (you know...wolf colors), but I spilled some dye & it looked pretty, so I went all blue. Loved the effect, & now I'm doing a lot more work in jewel tones.

Wolf mask is made entirely of leather. Painted with a combination of (spilled!) alcohol-based dye and Liquitex acrylic paint.

I think all blue was a good choice...er..accident lol it really gives it a wolfish look. I love how you did the fur effects on it too. a new fave ^_^

  Thank you. It's more like a "fantasy" wolf this way, but I actually prefer it now to the black & gray versions.

  No problem Yeah blue seems to be more ambitious than the normal gray and black.
