I feel like this castle is a safe hidden place where one could easily find peace and illumination. It may feels desolate but for me this place is like a old monk monastery in Katmandou...
It *does* seem peaceful. The surroundings are rugged yes, but it feels very solid and rooted, and almost nested inside the rock... and I cannot help but think that tower would be a most wonderful place to watch the stars at night.
Thank you! For me, this place is more like a lost hidden 'cabin' where i'd spend life in contemplation. But yeah it could a monster's castle too. Again i thank you.

This is really beautiful hun. You did it with charcoal huh? I love the black and white contrast. There's something Lord of the Ring-ish here indeed. I like this much. A fav for being so stand out and original. --- "No more darker than the night, no more mystery in sight. One day he was simply gone and who knows if he'll return."
Thanks! Me too...i'd like to feel the icy winds on my face as i stand in one of the turrets. Inside, there's a huge library with millions of book, the knowledge of all humanity..and a wine cellar. I'd live there gladly...Thanks again...
This is absolutely gorgeous. The amount of detail you put into it is remarkable. It does look like a nice place to find peace and tranquility. Great work.
Again thank you! For me this place is where i'd go to find the truth of life or to find myself. A place where the ascension of the mountain is part of the journey...
Thanks a lot, i used an ordinary pencil and charcoal, the original work has a bit more detail ans is less dark but i kinda like the darkness my scanner made
