This is Lance, one of the pokemon chapions in the pokemon game ^^ (and my favourite champion as well..)
Looks like it is Christmas and Lance is nice enough to give all of his pokemon a present ^^ And it is outdoors of course because his pokemon are so gigantic.... knowing that his dragon pokemon won't like the cold weather, he even got them scarves ^^ (it is unknown how did he manage to get scarves this huge....) Hey! Looks like Lance got a present too.... wonder who gave it to him... (actually, I have no idea as well... =.=)
