Charley's Favorite Outfit[WIP]
I'm sorry for not updating. I was kinda hoping to pop him up for Halloween, but it was a no go V_V. Well he's almost done. I tried using metallic Crayola colored pencils, and shimmery gel pens; but my crappy scanner doesn't do shimmery colors very well. And that damn cheese cake theif hasn't been caught yet.
