I really like this character design!

Something I really appreciate about the artwork is how vibrant and engaging the color choices are, they really draw the eye to the character and infuse a lot of life.
What i feel could be improved on is the posing, while I like that the character feels balanced and grounded, the actual pose is straight-on and mostly symmetrical which can make it harder to add attitude into your characters. Consider pushing the hips and shoulders more, and separating the feet so that the pose isn't perfectly straight on.
Other than that, I feel that the hand on the hip may be inverted, as usually the thumb is facing back, and the other arm likely should be a bit longer, as our arms usually end around mid-way through the thigh. Finally, traditionally, human torsos are just under half the length of their legs, whereas it appears closer to 1:1 in your drawing, though this could definitely be intentional in the cases of races such as Dwarves.
All that being said, I really love how you shaded and rendered it, especially the face- the nose and lips are rendered in such a way where the 3-dimensionality is really clear, and I love the background offering an extra flair of energy.
