Circe
Circe is a malevolent force that takes the form of a 13 metre tall wingless dragon. The peacock feather around his neck is actually an amulet that can alter his physical form. He can appear as a smaller wingless cat-sized peacock/dragon hybrid or a humanoid with blue skin and green markings around his hands and face. His humanoid form was talons instead of hands and feet. Wip.
