Stan has no control over his affifliate element, like most of the supernatural things in his life. In his prescence, the water moves on its own when nobody else is watching. Sometimes, it brings him a fish. More than sometimes, it throws a fish in his face. Whatever the case, the result is more often annoyance than affection.
