Axel's Latent Element

This is is Axel using his latent element. He usually doesn't use it for much besides his farming. He want direct his water in whatever way he pleases helping him. When he discovered his element, he was ecstatic! It was like have an infinite watering cN at all times and that of course made his farming easier.
