She doesn't recoup she starts spiraling

Lmk if i should add a warning tag or smth

This is for "how does your character recoup when they feel overwhelmed" and i feel like i did well with the messy atmosphere. Basically she doesn't. She starts spiraling and overthinking and digging up past memories and regretting ever leaving her mentor/adoptive mother, until the feeling goes away. Its never gone away before, her dryad mom senses her discomfort through plants and sends her a letter.
