Soggy Love Letter

CHARACTER: Viiris Dono

He recalled it, that moment he obtained an item. Due to the travel, Viiris hadn't gotten time to actually check it out and he forgot about it. Today, he noticed it on the dinning table and decided to take a closer look if anything of value was written. It may as well be a magical scroll of some sort, nothing he isn't familiar with, and it may grant an amazing opportunity during his travels in the yet unexplored lands. Finally, the elf reached out to the still damp paper in order to read.

While the majority of the written text was difficult to read, he was quick to pick up on some keywords to make out the message. It took a while for him to actually connect the dots, until the final pieces of text made it crystal clear what it was all about ... AREN'T THEY ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES?! Who is it adressed to?!
