Padwatch View

A sketch of Vaire's humble home village, under the protection of the De'cembyr family. It sits in a perma-snow region of Fordmarch, atop a Mesa, overlooking the mountain range to the east and a great pine forest to the west.
Padwatch was first built as a watch outpost, scouring vigilantly the mountain range for signs of monster or raider, but over time, a community was built around it.
It's trade is lumber and artisan crafts, carted through the forest to wider Fordmarch in return for food and other supplies, many of Vaire's early days as a squire and knight, were spent guarding these vital trade carivans.
