The fact that she's so small in the frame makes me think she is weak. Maybe try cropping out some of that white space on the top. I really love the pose though. The foot on the left doesn't look quite right. It doesn't seem like it's on the ground. I can certainly see the Gundam Wing reference. This is a good sketch.
