The perspective on this one is amazing O.0 It's such a unique POV! I think it really captures a safe and content emotion between the two - reminds me of times I'd spend with my friends in the woods, when it felt like we were the only people in the world. This just elicits that same warm and protected feeling from me ^^

Those were exactly the vibes I was going for, so I'm very glad to hear I succeeded!
I don't have secrets. I use photo references and take a lot of time playing around with brushes and lighting. For this one I used a chalk brush for procreate, which is perfect for that softer look.
Duly noted!! I'm gonna have to find some free time to experiment with backgrounds too - I'll try and see if I can find a chalk brush for sketchbook ^^ thanks, Mini!
