The way you described her sounds alot like me. I'm pretty much by myself most of the time right now. And unlike you I do love snow, if only there would be some here! I guess you've had enough of it eh?

[Art] Winter - for Kristy

*grin* See, the thing is, I DO love snow... But only for about one month. Then it starts getting dirty and slushy and causing lots of accidents on the roads AND the sidewalks (which is where I'm concerned). I tend to fall on my bum a lot in the wintertime. Good thing I've got lots of padding there....

But yeah... Sometimes we get winter really early (this year looks like one of those years) and it carries on right through to April. That means we have snow and ice and slush for around 5 months on a bad year. Although, admittedly, the city I live in right now isn't like that. It's more the village I grew up in that had such a long winter. Smile I should try moving into Dawson city in the Yukon Territories. LOL!

Yes you're right about road accidents. Take a look at our drivers here, a light drizzle is enough to cause them. I almost forgot how it feels with all the dirt caused by it. I only saw snow when I was little and I lived in Russia. I bet it's beautiful at winter where you live. Oi, falling down! that reminds me all the times I went ice skating *laughs*!
