Hi BogusRed, I love this site and your art! I also miss Tenchi Muyo, it was my fav. of the three versions. Cartoon Network will probably start playing it again one of these days (hopefully). Anyway, the person in the tank is really no one in particular. I just drew Washu's lab in the background and incorporated a bunch of her 'projects/inventions' I thought would be in there. So the girl in the tank is just another one of her wackey experiments. Thanks for asking. ^.^
