Just love the sketch feel of it, and the way you used little color to just highlight her. 
Her garment and the hair flowing in the wind look great. judging by the colors it looks like dusk or near day break. I agree that it has a melancholy feeling. Reminds me of myself sitting like that. lol Anyhow wonderful job, I love your style.
