And I applaud you for sticking with the legs; when I get frustrated like that, I have a bad habit of quitting. 
And I've had the experience of working from live models as well, there's really nothing that compares to it.

Oy... I hear you there. I used to up and quit when I got tired of having what I was working on not turn out. I have a bad habit of getting EXTREMELY frustrated at my work. But lately, I stick with it because I KNOW I can do it. It is just a matter of tweaking it until it looks right. But it does get very annoying. And I completely agree with you as far as the live model thing goes. It really is alot easier to have someone sit there for you. I think it is actually better than using a reference pic. But that's just my opinion. All my love to you. ^_^
