Very nice work indeed. There is nothing I like seeing more than Vegeta being a tease. 
You have done very well with the anatomy and muscle structures and your coloring is very good as well. You are one of the rare few that can actually use colored pencils and make them look damn good. And the leather pants are my favorite part. All around a very nice drawing indeed. And I am not just saying that because I am a Vegeta lover. ^_^
