Hey, that's pretty cool! ^ ^ I'm just wondering what the curly things at the bottom are. They look kinda like those anger-marks used in manga.

They're a really sad attempt to make the dress look shiney. 
Making softer-looking angry marks was how I was taught to do it, and I couldn't think of anything else better. Thank you, though.
