The backround is too dark in comparison with the bright characters. It either needs to brighten up, or the characters need to tone down. You may be able to get away with just using a layer for that...
Did you change foxy boy's foot? It looks less floaty now.

    I'll think about changing it but I'm already tired of this picture... And I guess 3 copies of it for PD is more than enough )
