What I can read doesn't look like they'd be lame and actually I like to read the little side notes myself - sometimes they do enhance the piece but that's just my opinion.

*snicker* His grumpiness is a good offset to his seriousness and is very in character, I love when he spazzes out.

It's just saying that the mug is as big as his head.

"You sure you've got a big enough mug there, FullMetal? It's bigger than your head! XD"

OMG the manga is sooooo funny for that. And now he's taken to spazzing out when he thinks of his feelings for Winry. It is highly amusing. Wink

*snicker* But that would have been really funny if you included it! You should see some examples of my humor - I made a sound byte of him spazzing over being small, it says "see it's a good thing I'm so small, if not we'd have to call the whole thing off. And I thought being normal size would be a good thing" he's sneaking into an air vent and then spazzes out because he called himself small. Sweat Drop
It sounds better when you listen to it. I didn't realise the manga's still going? Looks like another one I need to put on my Wish list (like I'm not already broke...)

Yes, he's very cute with his spazz attacks. The manga is still going strong with a monthly release, and it is VERY different from the anime. I loved the anime and heard that the manga was very different, but it was still in production, so I checked it out.... and it is SO different. If you want to keep liking the anime, you might want to stay away from the manga because the manga is SO much better! It makes so much more sense. You can read it online in scanlations if you're too poor. I've started buying them, but that's what I read on the 12th day of every month when it comes out. Wink

If they kept the the basic character attitudes then I can just put my mind intot the set that they're two different but similar stories and I'll probably enjoy both, like the difference between Card Captors and Tsubasa (manga), they have similar characters but different story lines. I do that mindset with some fanfics so it wouldn't be too different...

I just have too many "addictions" to support them all Sweat Drop - got to pace myself or I'll be spending money I shouldn't. Any chance you could PM me the links if you have them handy? I can do a search if you don't have them handy.

Yes, the characters are pretty much the same; just that there are some additional characters/situations that were in the anime that are not in the manga, and vice versa.

this website is pretty up-to-date with all of the chapters:

That's all? Usually that's the case with most anime/mangas so that doesn't bother me. Big Smile Thanks for the link *runs off to check it*.
