OoooOOooH!! Reeaally nice 
The colours are superb; the blues and purples give off a nice, soothing tranquil effect. The presence of all those 'light' circles also helps that effect, since smooth, curved lines are more appealing to the human eye the sharp, jagged edges.
Her body looks graceful and gentle, and I love the delicatness of her hands.
I really like her face. It looks like it might once have been manga inspired... but you've changed a few things, like getting rid of the traditonally pointed chin and sharp, straight lines. Instead you've made it white curvy, with the chin a tad more prominent... you've altered it to make it uniquely yours.
It actually sent me back to my childhood; the last drawings of these kind I saw were illustrations for Enid Blyton's "Magic Faraway Tree" series. Although in truth I think you're are much better.
