Unfortunately, it's been a long time since I've used Painter (as in, years), so I don't know about the brushes.

I DO know that I love how you get such a startling watercolor-like look out of it. Big Smile Even for a doodle, it's totally lovely. <3

Thanks for the comments hurricaneislandheart (do you have a nickname?). it almost kinda looks like you could use the watercolors in painter to mimic copic markers. i'd like to give that a try some time.

    You're welcome! You can shorten my name however you like - the most common one people use on other forums/sites is "HIH." XD When I went by "Lady Macbeth" people just called me "LM" or "Mac," so I'm cool with anything. XD

    I know that the watercolor effect in Photoshop looks a lot like markers if you use a chisel-shaped tip and make sure the settings are set for crisp lines and you don't bleed the edges too much. I'm sure Painter's not that far off - and that would be a sweet way to do Copic Marker-style art digitally.
