I don't have any suggestions for the corel part (I use photoshop), busince you're wanting advanced crit, I will meantion that I can't tell what's happening in this picture, or really what the subject is. I see a swirl with whiskers... is it a cat fish? Everythign is blurred though so I find it difficult. Is it going to become more detailed than this eventually? If not, there isn't much to look at in the picture being as blurred as this

Oh yeah, as I get farther along it should become more detailed. It's really rough, and there's a whoel other fish that has yet to be painted in, and the already existing fish still needs fins. But I'll make sure to keep in mind what you said about it being blurry
