I was going to say that it looked like Blue Eyes somewhat. ^_^ You did do a great job, but I agree with Vtp that you don't really need those "sparkle" designs around him. With the perfect highlight, you will be able to portray the fact that he sparkles. 
However, this is a very good drawing and you have every right to be proud of this one. He looks really cool.
