These self portraits of your are truly a treat both visualy and mentally. You have such great expressions on your face. I love it!
This gives me a great idea for a drawing involving my shading if you don't mind me using your checker pattern idea.

    Thank you, it will probably be something I won't use for a while though as I am still busy with other projects.
