I do love the color of the shirt. And the shadows on his chin. And the vest.

Since you specified "Roast me:" The hand holding the mug bothers me a bit. I'm not sure if the thumb-palm is too long or maybe the pinky is too far down? Something looks uncomfortable. Also, the top of the mug is curved and the bottom isn't.
