Hello BogusRed. I created this character imagining a post-apocalyptic world in which there are few survivors and governing law of the jungle. Only the strongest survive better and dominate. Cuernituss could be a grotesque, bizarre and crazy villain. Leader of a group of marginal leveraging the impunity that gives them a world without laws. That would basically this character. Surely subject like this would exist if there were a true apocalypse. There are other possible stories that this character might work too. That figured to do. I hope my explanation will be useful.
