Urgh- but where do you store high res versions? :/ I think get another back up drive. The cost for a drive is dropping every day. I have a 2TB one that was super cheep and holds way more than my cluttered My Docs / Pics can hold. It's worth saving up for if you can't outright buy it. You could start your computer any day and lose everything. That happened to me a few months ago when I installed Office, and it deleted my My documents. All my writing since I was a teenager gone. I had old versions on an old IDE hard drive from 2 computers ago so I was lucky, but lost a few files that I'll never get back Sad

*pained whimper* All your stuff since you were a teen?!

I've still got hardcopy of at least some of my stuff for re-scan value. Things that've been sold off or damaged in some way, and the 3D stuff are the big concerns... There are a lot of homemade objects on the internal library on Bryce that I would lose anytime I needed to reinstall.

Yeah- I lost a Starwars Play I wrote for my Cub Scout pack which was super cute, and a few obscure versions of my Dragon Twins story. I'll miss the plays, but the others were likely just junk ideas. Most taht I made between the hard drive and my current computer were gone though. Luckily it wasn't that many. It could've been way worse. I was lucky I got the old files thoguh- the IDE hard drive wasn't compatible with my computer. I had to take it and put it into an ancient PC at work that had IDE ports which was luckily modern enough to have USB ports or I may have had to put it onto a 3 1/4 floppy or burn it to CD D: Ah- technology :/
