I've been doing more non-straight haired characters in my art lately. It takes a much longer time to draw but I really like the results ^^
I don't think I could've drawn the drum without researching it to be honest. I'm working with tiny chibi which is way smaller in the game than the attached image is. I really needed bigger images to work with.
