Yeah, the horse is kinda awkward. :p But the general look of the picture is fun - the frame of trees locking together overhead, the kind of perspective-skew claustrophobia - it's a good Nan Elmoth shot.
Yeah I wanted to go for that sense of oppression, of entrapment..the trees closing in on her, i thought it was a nice touch but back then my drawing skills were kind of sloppy and not very well developed haha xD nonetheless this series of sketches holds some fond memories very dear to me 😊
