Do the glasses go behind the hair or sit in front of it?

glasses behind the hair. I can't imagine having hair under one's glasses. As an irl glasses wearer, the thought of that makes me shudder.

MaskedLin I agree, realistically it would be super uncomfortable, though some people make decisions like that intentionally for effect. So are their glasses like ours, or do they work in a different means/have other uses? The elves have developed very differently from us, so it would be interesting if so.
