Blue? or maybe green?

I haven't posted anything in a while so I'm posting this. It's just a quick scribble but I like how it came out. It's highly influenced by DokieStudioz at SheezyArt she has some flippin' sweet art and I'm in love with the way she colors. Anyway this guy is my OC.
