Jair Ohmsford

This was an assignment for Expressive Drawing class in Spring of '02. The assignment was to create a scroll with an illustration based on something you've read. Well I drew Jair Ohmsford from Wishsong of Shannarawhen he sees his sister in the glowing stone thingy he gets from the King of the Silver River. The teacher gave us some yellow tissue paper-like stuff (it was thicker and tougher than tissue paper) that we could use if we wanted. I thought the paper was really cool so I used it and drew on it in pencil first then inked it with micron pens and then used a black brush pen to fill in the background. I think It turned out pretty cool but there is a lot I could have done better. Overall I am very pleased with it's turn out. ^_^
