It might be a limitation of the application you're using for the 3d modeling but I think the lighting feels inconsistent. For example the mattress, floor, and some of the walls look like they're glowing or lit by cool light. while the drapery looks like its lit by warm lights.

Though I've been using the program in various iterations for almost two decades, lighting is something I've always struggled with, especially because the version I have currently is lacking in lighting controls. I may revisit this piece with recently learned tricks and give it a shot, though.
